Affordable.  Predictable.  Easy as 1-2-3.

McGill gravity-fed mobile dewatering systems offer a reliable, cost-effective, and flexible alternative to traditional technologies. Just right for --

Water treatment facilities
Wastewater treatment facilities
Grease trap facilities
Manufacturing facilities
Lagoons

Our systems handle it all with a 99% removal rate of suspended solids. Mobile dewatering delivers predictability and simplifies your sludge management program with no long-range planning and nothing to engineer or construct. Our entire system can be delivered to your site, set up by one of our trained technicians, and ready to go in about 30 minutes -- rain or shine.

Operation is as simple as 1-2-3:

1. Sludge is pumped into a dewatering box from your pond, lagoon, or holding tank.
2. Clean water is discharged back to the treatment plant or lagoon.
3. Solids are transported to a McGill composting facility for processing and recycling.

Composting reduces disposal liability, simplifies annual reports, and offers recycling credits; and this system works for all types of sludges -- ferric, alum, DAF, biosolids and grease trap clean-out -- at any moisture level.  No liming or other on-site stabilization is required prior to dewatering and transport.

McGill's service includes dewatering equipment, setup, operation, 24/7 transportation, and disposal.  Long or short-term contracts. Equipment and box rental also available.

Only what you need.  Only when you need it.
